01 Description of the Service

CaddyGo is a golf companion app that provides:

• Golf course search and information (powered by iGolf, 40,000+ courses worldwide)
• Real-time GPS distances to greens, hazards, and hole features on Apple Watch
• Hole-by-hole scoring and scorecard management
• Wind and weather conditions on the course map
• Golf workout tracking via Apple HealthKit (heart rate, calories, distance walked, step count)

02 Account

You must sign in using Sign in with Apple to use the App. No other authentication method is available. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deleting your account will permanently erase your subscription records from our servers, remove all local data (scorecards, credentials) from your device, and sign you out. Health and fitness data stored in Apple Health must be deleted separately via the Health app. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription in the App Store before deleting your account.

03 Subscription

3.1 Plans and Pricing

CaddyGo requires an active subscription to access premium features, including GPS distances and course data. The following plans are available:

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

3.3 Free Trial

The yearly plan includes a 1-month free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid yearly subscription at $69.99/year. The monthly plan does not include a free trial. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is limited to one free trial per Apple ID.

3.4 Managing and Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

• On iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > CaddyGo
• On the App Store: tap your profile > Subscriptions > CaddyGo

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until your current period expires. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

3.5 Payment

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

04 Connectivity and Requirements

CaddyGo requires:

• An active internet connection to search courses, verify your subscription, and fetch course data. Course data is loaded in real time and is not cached locally. Offline play is not supported.
• An iPhone paired with an Apple Watch for GPS distances and workout features. The Watch app receives course data from the iPhone via WatchConnectivity.
• Location Services enabled for GPS distances and course search.

05 Course Data

Golf course data is provided by iGolf and is fetched in real time. Course information (layouts, distances, hazards) is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of course data. Actual course conditions may differ from the information displayed. Data accuracy depends on iGolf's update frequency, over which we have no control.

06 GPS and Distance Accuracy

GPS distances displayed on Apple Watch are approximate and depend on satellite signal quality, device hardware, and environmental conditions (tree cover, buildings, weather).

CaddyGo is a recreational tool. It should not be relied upon for official competition measurements unless permitted by the rules of the event. The USGA and R&A Rules of Golf may restrict or permit the use of distance-measuring devices; check local tournament rules before using CaddyGo in competitive play. We are not responsible for decisions made based on distances provided by the App.

07 Health and Fitness Data

CaddyGo records a golf workout on Apple Watch using Apple HealthKit. With your authorization, the App reads heart rate, active calories, and walking distance, and writes workout data to Apple Health. This data remains on your device and is never sent to our servers. You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > CaddyGo. If you deny HealthKit access, GPS and scoring features remain available, but workout tracking will be disabled.

08 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, redistribute, or resell course data obtained through the App
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App or its data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Share your subscription with others or circumvent subscription verification

09 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding third-party course data), is owned by EigenInsight and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control.

10 Third-Party Services

The App depends on third-party services to function, including Apple (HealthKit, WeatherKit, StoreKit, Sign in with Apple), iGolf (course data), and others described in our Privacy Policy. If any of these services become unavailable, core features of the App may not function. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• GPS distances will be accurate in all conditions
• Course data will be complete or up to date
• The App will be compatible with all devices or OS versions
• Third-party services (iGolf, WeatherKit) will remain available

12 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EIGENINSIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the App subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EigenInsight from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Cancellation of your subscription does not affect these Terms. Sections 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection.

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at contact@eigeninsight.io. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.

16 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
